A reception ticket will automatically be issued if you have an appointment.
If you do not have an appointment, select the clinical department you want to visit, and a reception ticket will be issued.
After checking in, please wait your turn in the waiting area of the outpatient clinical department.
Patients seeking a consultation after an interval of 12 months or longer have to follow the first-visit reception procedure.
If this applies to you, please wait to be called near counters No. 2 to No. 5 for first-visit reception, as indicated on your reception ticket.
The doctor will decide if the first-visit fee should be added to your medical bill, based on the results of your medical examination.
Please present your health insurance card at the first visit of every month.
If there have been any changes to your health insurance status, please present your health insurance card at counter No. 10 for reception.
Using the patient registration card (ID card)
Patients use their patient registration card (ID card) when they check in (also when requesting a doctor’s certificate), when blood is collected, and radiological or other examinations are performed, and when visiting counter No. 7, 8, 9 or 10 for payment. If you schedule an appointment for your next visit at the end of a consultation, you will receive a detailed statement of your medical bill and a receipt from the automated cashier machine, independent of whether the bill has been paid or not.Need help?
