Division for General Dentistry

Greetings

Our division operates clinical training for dental residents in their first year after graduation and clinical practice for fifth and sixth-year dental students before graduation. During their clinical training and practice, trainees provide basic treatment to adult patients, including cavity treatment, root canal treatment, treatment of minor periodontal diseases (alveolar pyorrhea) and treatment involving crowns, bridges and dentures at the Division for General Dentistry, and undergo on-the-job/practical training at individual clinical departments.
 

Outline

Medical care system

During clinical training and practice, students and residents provide treatment to outpatients under the supervision of advising dentists. The division’s staff members also perform treatment in their specialty fields.

  • Treatment using partial/complete dentures
