The Department of Rheumatology and Nephrology is divided into two specialized groups; rheumatology group and nephrology group. Since this clinical department covers a broad range of fields, it is one of the departments with the largest number of patients.

Medical care system

The specialist groups provide medical care to approximately 47,000 to 49,000 outpatients and 900 to 1,000 inpatients each year.

Treatment policy

Since this clinical department covers a broad range of fields involving metabolism and immunity in internal medicine, we closely coordinate with specialists in other departments to always provide the best medical care.

Areas of medical care

Rheumatic diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, spondyloarthritis; autoimmune diseases including systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, polymyositis/dermatomyositis, vasculitis syndrome; and related diseases
Kidney diseases including nephritis, kidney failure and diabetic nephropathy

First visit: Consultations are provided every day from Monday to Thursday.
